Just another day
Well I have a wedding to photograph today and its my first!!! The kiddos are at grandmas and the dog is at the kennel. It is going to be a long day thats for sure!!!! I will post some pictures later this week!!!

The move begins...
Ok so today I had to drive Steve to the Flint airport and boy what a long drive.....He starts his new job in Clearwater Fl on Monday!!!! I am stuck in Alpena until next month so we can save up enough to move me and the kids down. This is going to be super hard!!! My 3 year just fell asleep and its 12:42am. I should be sleeping but hey its quite time and I need to vent a little lol. Well I have so much going on and I feel I have to do it all alone, now I know how single mothers feel, though its not Steves fault we are in 2 different states right now, opportunity knocked and he had to take it! I have a wedding to photograph in a week among about 20 other sessions while still taking care of the boys with limited help from Steves grandparents. Granted they would love to help out more but they are in their 70s and could only handle the boys for so many hours during the day before getting tired. Not to mention all the packing and going through EVERYTHING!!! Oh I hate that part.... But I have to do it or no one else will lol. I also want to start a diet and get back into shape. So I will be one busy woman the next 30 days, but its all worth it! Well Bed time!!!

Sunday!!!
Well we were supposed to go to the falls today and well plans changed :( I will post some pictures from our last trip which was only a week ago :) I will be taking the kids swimming though today to grandmas house, and tonight my favorite show True Blood season premiere is tonight!!!! Nothing much to say though today!

Oh today....
It was so unbelievably hot last night, yes in Michigan. But half the homes in MI do not have A/C which is horrible. At least we had A/C in FL. But woke up this morning and my husband had my favorite movie Bennie & Joon on for me :) I just love Johnny Depp lol! Well when that was done we had to go pick up Landon from Grandma Karschnicks house and I so wanted to go for a car ride. I love car rides! Thats how I find new places for my photography and it gives me time to think about everything!
My husband talked to a man in Clearwater on Thursday about a possible job, and he was told he will give him a call back and we still haven't heard anything :( We were so hoping he would call so that Steve could fly down and start working. This way by mid July we could all afford to move down and we would be back in FL again :). Im hoping this guy was just really busy and will call him on Monday, lets hope! So I decided to start a Life blog......
Well hello everyone :)
I just decided after reading a friends blog, that hey I should do this too. Not just because I want everyone to know everything about me, but more as a reminder of what I went though, going through, and what I will got through. I dont want to ever look back and think "hey i wish I could remember that..."
Well now that we got my reasoning straight lol. My name is Brittany Alies Chasteen. I am married to Stephen David Chasteen. We met online actually lol. Back in 2005 when Myspace was all the rage, he was a little punk looking up girls on Myspace that lived close to his mothers house. His mother lives in Clearwater Fl and he was at that time living in Alpena Mi. Well As it turned out I was one of those HOTT girls he added as a friend. His first comment on my wall was "thanks for the add cutie" lol. We began messaging each other and talking to each other on the phone. Then on August 19th while celebrating a friends birthday I decided to call him (drunk) lol. Well that just so happened to be the first time I said I love you. Yep I was the first one to say it. He added me as a friend on Myspace on August 6th and by the 19th I was already in love with him, we never met face to face either. Thank God he said he was in love with me too :). I was a very guarded person or as the teens called it PRUDE. I was still a virgin and was proud of it. I was so afraid to tell him that because at my age then every guy always though of sex. Well as it turned out he was so nice and understanding. Well he told his grandparents (who he was living with) and his mother that he found someone in FL and would really like to visit. He bought a ticket for October 27th and flew down. My best friend Tina wouldnt let me meet him by myself lol. She was worried he might be some sort of serial killer or something, so Tina and our friend Johnny decided to come with me. Well need less to say, he wasnt a serial killer lol. I dropped him off at his mothers house in Clearwater and told him I would see him tomorrow. I didnt kiss him that night lol I told him no kisses on the first date and he just laughed. The next day I drove to him and he finally stole a kiss :). That week was amazing! We spent everyday together! It was so sad to see him leave back to MI. He decided to move down to FL to be with me, so I bought a ticket to MI to drive down with him. Well thats when the big day happened! Dec. 28, 2005 at 530pm we made love for the first time, and my first time ever. Yes I am sure you dont want to read that but it was super special for us. We drove down and finally got to FL Jan. 6th 2006. We decided we wanted to live together but I didnt want to move quite yet. I waited until Feb 28 2006 to move to Clearwater. We were so madly in love. We decided that we wanted to get married and I told him I wanted to pick out the ring lol. So we went and bought a ring, and I told him to plan a time to ask me because I wanted that special moment lol. Well it just so happened that that special moment was hilarious. It was May 25, 2006 we decided to go rent a movie and it was one of the worst movies ever lol "The Ringer". Well I got up to got to the bathroom and he was there on the couch waiting with the ring. He told me how much he loved me and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and I so said Yes!!!!
That was the night we conceived our first born Landon Hunter Chasteen! The pregnancy was horrible though :(. I ended up having gestational diabetes and had to prick my finger 5 times a day. I ended up gaining 70 pounds and that was the worst since im only 5ft tall. My due date was Feb 12th 2007, well he was 2 weeks late lol. I was hoping to have him before my 21st birthday so I could at least have one drink for that birthday well that didnt happen lol. I was induced on my birthday Feb 26th. I was in labor for over 16 hours and was only dilated to 2 centimeters. By 9am the next morning the Doctor said I needed to have a C section. I remembered breaking down and crying in my moms arms, she was there all night in the hospital room with me and my husband. I was more scared of the C section then anything! Well I was sent in and we had our boy at 10:48am!!! He was 7lbs 12 oz and 21 1/2 inches long. He was so beautiful and we were so happy to have him in our lives! We ended up taking a trip to MI a few weeks after he was born. We decided to just get married their and not have a wedding since honestly we didnt have the money. We married March 22 2007.
We moved several times throughout the years that followed, we just couldn't decide on where we wanted to live. We were living in Spring Hill in 2008 when I found out I was a few weeks pregnant with our second child. Lucas David Anthony was born on Sept 29 2008 in Spring Hill FL, he was 9lbs 2 oz and 21 1/2 inches long. We had a planned C section which was awesome!
We now currently live in Alpena Mi, which I am not too happy with anymore. Its been really hard being away from everyone I loved. It has been really hard on our marriage as well. It has been so bad that we have actually discussed divorce. Thank God we decided that our family and our love is worth fighting for. And now its present day June 9th 2012!!!!
